Noble has been a Program Coordinator for a number of years. He possesses a unique combination of personality, professionalism, and skill that allows him to perform at a high level on a consistent basis.

Noble’s easy-going personality makes him likeable and approachable by all who have the pleasure of working with him. He cares deeply about “his guys” and routinely advocates for their needs in a special way that can be
characterized as both easy-going and forceful—but forceful in a professional way. His ideas and observations have consistently been on the mark.

Noble has a smooth way about him and is well-liked by families. They respect his opinion when it comes to making the various decisions that are needed.

There is another word that comes to mind when we think about who Noble is, and that is trustworthy. This is a skill that is highly valuable. Time and time again, Noble has shown that he can be counted on to get the job done. He never lets us down. That alone is a remarkable skill that deserves special recognition.

Noble takes his assignments seriously, and he is happy taking direction from his supervisors. At the same time, he is also happy to express his own opinion or approach that may differ from others’. His ideas are usually right on!

Noble’s quiet confidence is an endearing quality; it says a lot about who he is as a person and as a professional. We are very lucky to have someone like Noble on our team, and we could certainly use more people like him.
