Andrew has been an incredible resource and support for all of Western Massachusetts. He has made himself a major part of the team. He is the main contact for all the Western Massachusetts services which have seen major expansion since he started, including the addition of center-based services and another May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities in Chicopee. He now supports those as well as all the programs and group homes that are his responsibility.

When problems arise, he makes himself available and troubleshoots until a solution is found. His responsiveness is incredible and better than this region has ever had. He has continually increased his responsibilities to better serve all the programs he oversees. If he sees a barrier to providing support, he works with other IT specialists to overcome that barrier. For example, he has lobbied to have increased access to IT permissions and systems to ensure he is always able to provide the best possible service.

Andrew has become an invaluable asset to Western Massachusetts and is one of the background supporters who helps all the programs run effectively. All of our clients struggle when technology isn’t available, and our programs need technology to function in the 21st century. Andrew responds to our needs immediately and provides amazing support. Without his behind-the- scenes triage, our programs couldn’t function properly. We are better able to meet the needs and provide services to our clients because of Andrew.
